SETTIMANA DELLA CUCINA ITALIANA 2023 (13 - 19 November 2023)
The 8th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (SCIM) will take place on 13-19 November 2023 and will have the title "At the table with Italian cuisine: well-being with taste".
The initiative is promoted by the General Directorate for the Promotion of the Country System of the MAECI with the aim of enhancing the Italian culinary tradition abroad as a distinctive sign of the Italy brand and at the same time to support exports of the agri-food sector and tourist flows linked to the itineraries food and wine.
