Regarding enquiry on export of meat, poultry, milk, and egg needs to be registered with the Department of Veterinary Services of the Ministry of Agriculture (DVS), you may view the guidelines to the here. 

The procedure is as follows:

1. The Italian company must register with DVS Malaysia as an exporter.

-  The Italian company needs to download the application form from the DVS website and complete the form. Please be informed that incomplete form will automatically be disregarded and you would not even receive a rejection notification. There will be a checklist including getting the approval from The Ministry of Health (Italy). You will need to follow the checklist accurately. Once approved, the Italian company will be listed on the DVS Malaysia website as an exporter. 

2. The local company must apply for an import permit. 

- Once step 1 is completed, the local Malaysia company can then apply for an import permit from DVS Malaysia. The local company can download the application form from the DVS website and complete the form.
