Masterclass for Culinary Students: Italian Mediterranean Cuisine

🇬🇧 November 15th - Cooking Masterclass to students at Stockholms Hotell- och restaurangskola (Arenavägen 60, 121 77 Stockholm) in collaboration with the Italian Chef Academy of Cuisine. An Italian chef from the Italian Chef Academy in Rome will showcase typical dishes of the Mediterranean diet to a group of 20 students, actively involving them in the preparation of these dishes.

Gala dinner at PS Matsal Restaurang in Stockholm

🇬🇧 November 15th - Stockholm, PS Matsal Gala Dinner at the PS Matsal restaurant (Nytorgsgatan 42, 11640 Stockholm) at 6:00 p.m. An Italian chef from the Italian Chef Academy in Rome will craft a menu inspired by the Mediterranean diet, served to an audience of importers/distributors, industry journalists, and bloggers (RSVP to: g.feneri@ice.it ).

En italiensk kock från Italian Chef Academy i Rom tillagar en utstuderat meny med koppling till Medelhavskosten. Bland de inbjudna gäster: importörer/återförsäljare, branschjournalister och bloggare  ( OSA: g.feneri@ice.it ).

ITALY at Nordic Organic Fair - Catalogue

🇬🇧 The Italian Trade Agency will participate to Nordic Organic Fair in Malmö (the most significant Scandinavian exhibition dedicated to the organic sector ) with a delegation of 10 Italian companies.

During the fair, 3 cooking show sessions will be held at the ITALIA stand E61, featuring the creation of recipes inspired by the theme of the "Mediterranean Diet, the Wellness of Taste" and the presentation of products showcased by Italian companies.

🇸🇪 Italienska Statens Utrikeshandelsbyrån (ICE) kommer att delta i Nordic Organic Fair i Malmö (den mest betydande skandinaviska mässan dedikerad till den ekologiska sektorn) med en delegation av 10 italienska företag.

Under mässan kommer 3 matlagningsutställningar att hållas vid ITALIA monter E61, med skapandet av recept inspirerade av temat "Den medelhavsinska kosten, smakens välmående" och presentationen av produkter som presenteras av italienska företag.
