Dear Supplier,

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with current regulations, all suppliers are required to complete two distinct and mandatory registrations in order to be eligible to conclude new contracts and participate in procurement procedures with the Trade Promotion Section of the Embassy of Italy in Japan:

1. Enrollment in the Suppliers Register (Albo Fornitori)

2. Registration on the Digital Procurement Platform TRASPARE

Both registrations are necessary and complementary:

• the Albo Fornitori is required to be formally recognized as a supplier of our Office;
• the TRASPARE platform is required to participate in tender procedures, which are now fully managed electronically under Italian law.

1. Suppliers Register (Albo Fornitori)

In order to be included in our official Suppliers Register, you are kindly requested to complete the registration form, to be filled in Japanese or Italian.

The form must be:

• signed by the legal representative of your company, or by a duly authorized person, or by the interested natural person;
• submitted by e-mail, together with the required documentation, to: tokyo@ice.it.

2. Registration on TRASPARE Platform

In compliance with Italian law, starting from 1 January 2024, all procedures for the acquisition of works, services and supplies must be carried out exclusively through certified Digital Procurement Platforms.

Therefore, to participate in tenders organized by the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo – Trade Promotion Section, it is mandatory to register on the TRASPARE Supplier Register.

The online registration procedure is simple and takes only a few minutes.
Only registered suppliers may be invited to participate in tenders.

平素は、私どもの活動に格別のご高配を賜り、厚くお礼申し上げます。

当 東京イタリア大使館 貿易促進部と新たに契約を締結し、また調達手続きにご参加いただくためには、現行規則に基づき、すべての供給者様に以下の2つの登録手続きを行っていただく必要があります。

1. 供給者名簿（Albo Fornitori）への登録

2. デジタル調達プラットフォーム「TRASPARE」への登録

両方の登録は必須であり、相互に補完しあうものです。

• 供給者名簿（Albo Fornitori）：当部の正式な供給者として認定されるために必要
• TRASPAREプラットフォーム：入札手続きに参加するために必要（イタリア法に基づき、現在すべて電子的に実施されます）

1. 供給者名簿（Albo Fornitori）登録について

当部の正式な供給者名簿に登録いただくため、登録申請書に日本語またはイタリア語でご記入ください。

申請書は以下の条件を満たす必要があります：

• 貴社の法定代表者、または正式に権限を付与された方、もしくは該当する個人本人による署名
• 必要書類を添付のうえ、メールアドレスtokyo@ice.it宛に送付

2. TRASPAREプラットフォームへの登録について

2024年1月1日より、物品・サービス・業務の調達手続きはイタリア国内規定に基づき、必ずデジタル調達プラットフォームを通じて行われることとなりました。そのため、当部の入札に参加するには、TRASPAREにてご登録いただく必要があります。

ご登録いただいた供給者様が入札に招請されます。以下のウェブアドレスからご登録をお願い致します。
