The Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (I.C.E.) is offering buyers the opportunity to access and entry data on-line in order to improve trade relations between Italy and worldwide markets, to exchange know-how and information, and to match Italian supply with foreign demand.
The Company Registration is a Service provided by I.C.E. free of charge, in which potential international partners (hereby referred to as User) provide on-line data and general information on their businesses. This Service is included in the web site "Subfornitura Italia" at www.subcontractitalia.it, www.subcontractitalia.com, www.subforitalia.it, and www.subforitalia.com.
The Service's data and information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, as to the accuracy of or non-infringement of property rights in the content, whether or not I.C.E. has been given notice of any such defect. I.C.E. is not liable and User assumes the entire risk as to the accuracy, the updating of and the use of any information provided and linked to by this Service.
User acknowledges that the use of the data contained in this Site requires judgement and analysis, and User warrants and represents to I.C.E. that it has the necessary expertise and judgement to use the data.
User acknowledges that information contained in this site may be proprietary and confidential to I.C.E. and its users. Therefore User agrees that it will not disclose, directly or indirectly data to third parties other than as required to carry out the purposes of this agreement.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit I.C.E.'s actions or remedies in any way in treating User's data and information provided on-line to carry out I.C.E.'s business purposes, including sharing it with third parties as well as its publication on I.C.E.'s databases and/or web sites. I.C.E. reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation, all rights and remedies available to it at law or in equity. In any case, in the countries it applies, I.C.E.'s appropriate regional office will contact User, asking for a written legal confirmation and permission for the use of the data and information given on-line.
I.C.E., its directors, officers, employees and suppliers are not liable in contract or otherwise for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of whatever nature sustained by a User or others directly or indirectly as a result of making use of this Service and the data and information in it.
Users agree not to use this Service and all the data and information in it so as to violate any law, or to misuse and falsify the proprietary information or property of others for his or her own purposes or otherwise, and not to make postings which are threatening or defamatory or otherwise injurious to the safety, business or reputation of others.
TerminationI.C.E. may terminate a subscriber immediately without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions and in the case its regional office does not deem the User fit for publication or if User fails to provide proper written legal confirmation and permission when contacted by I.C.E.'s regional office, in the countries it applies.
User can terminate its subscription any time, without any obligation to I.C.E., giving written notice (e-mail, fax, etc.) to the regional office that first contacted him.
