WE ARE COSMAI: a family owned COFFEE ROASTERY based in Milano since 2000 and we offer a huge variety of HO.RE.CA and HOME coffee blends The quality of our products is the result of a deep passion, care and attention paid during every phase of coffee processing. This method starts from the very beginning i.e. the farmers and the green coffee beans ending up into a good cup of coffee, well roasted. Roasting process: Ecological with the optimal heat curve. Our system, equipped with a software control, is able to process a dedicated heat curve for each type of coffee in order to obtain an extremely homogeneous result that best enhances the organoleptic properties, doesn’t burst the beans and reduces combustion fumes Packaging process: closed-loop manufacturing process coffee beans goes directly from the roasting machine to the silos/containers and then to the packing machine in a closed circuit
