Abstract:

The social cooperative TRITICI NOSTRI, through the brand PASTA PUA', operates in the sector agribusiness since 2018. It’s a young project that originates from the love for our land and that’s why we chose not to leave it, but to enhance it by creating a brand created on the fundamental principle of valorisation of the raw materials produced by us only and exclusively on the territory of the Capitanata (or the barn of Italy).
