PANETTONE - CHRISTMAS CAKE Bachet is an Artisan Italian Bakery with 10 years of experience in the organic production of sweet and savoury bakery products. We are looking for someone who is interested in buying our seasonal product "Anello di Monaco". It is a dessert with a complex preparation handcrafted exclusively in the ovens of our city at a certain times of the year. A leavened dough cake, it looks similar to a panettone with an internal hole, glazed with sugar on the surface and filled with a hazelnut and almond-based cream (or version vith pistacchio). In the shape it also resembles a donut 20cm high. Internally the dough is yellow and gives off a scent and flavour of hazelnuts and butter.
