INTERMODAL SEMI-TRAILER MOVING FLOOR “TMT CONCHIGLIA” FOR ALL TYPES OF LOADS AND TRANSPORT: ROAD, RAILWAY AND SEA

Text:

Designed for combined road-sea-rail transport via the Huckepack system, it offers versatility of use and greater logistical efficiency. Vehicle, suitable for intermodal traffic, is equipped with special reinforcements for lifting welded to the frame and on the body, protection plates and bumpers with automatic pneumatic movement to facilitate the unloading of goods in particular places and coupling of the semi-trailer to the wagon. Compatible with P400 routes and wagons C-D-E-F-G-H-I with 98 cm saddle. This approved “Huckepack” version complies with the UIC 596-5 regulation. The real innovation consists precisely in combining two main benefits in a single product: intermodal transport and moving floor. This combination translates into high versatility of use and greater logistical efficiency. The vehicle is equipped with a continuous frame in high-strength steel with a body made of extruded profiles of aluminum alloy 6005 A T6, reinforced and welded. It has a slatted floor in aluminum alloy 6082 T6 with sections suitable for the material to be handled (thickness 6, 8, 10 mm), with 4 transverse, rotating and removable arches. It is designed to transport any type of material.
