INAUDI – The History since 1929
Inaudi, passion for Mushrooms and Truffles since 1929, today an internationally recognized brand for the high quality of its products.
The story began in 1929 in a small province shop, run by the Inaudi family, where the Porcino mushroom was already treated retail and wholesale. The company, officially established in 1971 in Borgo San Dalmazzo became quickly the quality brand for Mushrooms and Truffles products and many other typical recipes such as Creams, Sauces, Starters, Pasta, etc… Main product: “LA TARTUFATA” (concentrated cream with White Truffle), Inaudi was the first to register the trademark in Italy. The line of products is ideal for retail, wholesale, restaurants and hotels.
