Fives ITAS is an industrial combustion specialist founded in 1976, designing, manufacturing and servicing combustion equipment for multiple industrial sectors. Our headquarters are in Monza (Italy) and our European Combustion Centre (FECC) is in Piacenza.
Since 2014, Fives ITAS has been part of Fives Group and acts as a technology center of excellence for Combustion perimeter.
We operate through three business lines—Heating Systems, Oil & Gas, and Ecology supporting customers end-to-end from design to revamping.

Fives ITAS designs, manufactures and services advanced combustion systems and environmental solutions. Our expertise covers the full life cycle of combustion equipment, from engineering and fabrication to commissioning, revamping and after-market support. We work with major industrial companies and Oil & Gas operators worldwide, combining technical know-how with long-term service partnerships.
Business lines: key solutions and technologies
 Heating Systems: burners, duct burners and hybrid technologies for industrial heating and drying processes, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization.
 Ecology: regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs), catalytic and thermal oxidizers, DeNOx systems and complete VOC abatement plants.
 Oil & Gas: process burners, flares, tail gas incinerators and innovative flameless combustion technologies for ultra-low NOx performance.

Heating Systems Equipment

Fives ITAS Heating Systems division provides a wide range of advanced combustion solutions for industrial heating and drying processes. Our portfolio covers standard burners, tailor-made systems, and innovative technologies for decarbonization.

 ITAS Ductflame: modular duct burners for uniform heating and drying, available with or without combustion air systems.
 ITAS Dryflame: compact package burners with integrated controls, ideal for drying, printing and coating.
 ITAS Intensityflame: high-capacity burners (up to 55 MW) for demanding industrial processes.
 ITAS Speedflame: reliable corner burners for high-performance direct heating.
 Hot gas generators: customized solutions for cement and minerals, delivering stable hot air streams.

 Hy-Ductflam: patented hydrogen burner, 100% H₂ capable, with ultra-low NOx emissions.
 E-Ductflame: hybrid burner combining gas/H₂/biogas with electrical heating, patented solution for flexibility and CO₂ reduction.
 Remixflame: premix duct burner with very low NOx and CO emissions, compact design for easy retrofit.
 Hydrogen-ready Intensityflame and Dryflame: adapted for clean fuels and energy transition needs.
