Founded in 1962 by Gianfranco Benvenuti in the heart of Lombardy’s textile district, Camillatex began as a family business devoted to fine fabrics for home linens and hospitality. From the start, our mission has been clear: to celebrate natural fibers – cotton and linen – through refined craftsmanship that blends function, beauty and emotion.
Today, under the guidance of Paolo Benvenuti, the second generation, the company continues to evolve, embracing innovation and new aesthetics while preserving its artisanal roots.

COTTON AND LINEN: THE ESSENCE OF OUR WORK
Camillatex stands out for its rigorous selection of raw materials: we work exclusively with long-staple cotton and 100% European long-fiber linen, carefully chosen to create fabrics that are exceptionally soft, naturally elegant and remarkably durable.
Our range is wide and sophisticated, the result of continuous research that ensures constant innovation and refinement.
Our offer includes cotton percales and sateens from 200 up to 2000 thread counts, ideal for superior-quality bed collections and a complete selection of linens for the home (bedroom, table, and drapery collections), in various weights and widths.
Ongoing research into finishing techniques, treatments and textures allows us to present collections that combine tradition with contemporary design, perfectly suited to sophisticated markets.
Camillatex carefully selects combed Extra-Long Staple (ELS) cotton, which represents less than 8% of global cotton production. Grown under strict requirements, this premium cotton allows us to spin the finest yarns, which are then woven into our luxurious fabrics. We apply the same selective excellence to our premium linen, sourced from Europe's finest regions. We personally certify every step of its production to ensure a fabric of unmistakable handle and exceptional durability.
