IMSA designs and manufactures deep hole drilling machines for mold makers and precision engineering companies, combining high-precision deep drilling with solutions designed to increase productivity and save valuable production time.
Our solutions cover three main areas: deep drilling and milling of molds and blocks; axial deep drilling of cylindrical parts such as shafts and rods; and dedicated single-purpose machines engineered for specific production requirements.
IMSA machines can be configured with a range of options developed around the actual requirements of each application. Our specialization in deep hole drilling allows machine design, tooling requirements and process parameters to be considered as an integrated system.
