Yes, because the experience and knowledge of the machine tool sector dates back more than fifty years, when from the initial construction of saws, we moved on to chip removal with the collaboration of the Taiwanese technological research center.
In 1983 the company began trading mainly in lathes, milling machines, and work centers, but never neglecting the aspect related to the construction of machines through the creation of systems requested by customers.
We import machined structures built to our design, carrying out the mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly internally, using various subcontractors for the creation of mechanical parts.
An external technical studio supports us in the design of special machines.
The growth of the last ten years has pushed Bomac to create large-sized double-column portal milling machines, designed for the processing of models and molds for the aeronautical sector and for the automotive industry with a high degree of precision and finishing.
Bomac often creates special solutions, machines for customers who want to have quality products and high productivity, and at the same time follows the market with a whole series of varied solutions for chip removal, offering high-speed vertical and horizontal work centers with 5/6 or more controlled axes as well as a range of multi-pallet machines.
In a particular moment, of an ever-increasing number of aggressive competitors, we decided to base our activity through direct sales and contact with the customer. This has favored us because in any case, in the phases of defining an offer or purchasing a new machine, we personally evaluate together with the customers the most suitable solution for their production needs, trying to direct the development of new commercial proposals on the basis of the greatest market demands.
The management of assistance is very accurate and prompt, having qualified internal staff as well as a warehouse stocked with spare parts. We are also able to intervene on machines of brands other than ours, also with interventions of reconditioning of the same.
The assistance interventions almost always concern scheduled maintenance activities because we are very scrupulous in the complete control of the machines and their performance before being delivered to the customers.
