Bonfiglio is an historical wine cellar located in Monteveglio, northwest of Bologna, Emilia region, with more than fifty years of typical d.o.c.g./d.o.c. wine production obtained from grapes of about twenty hectars of hilly vineyards.
Bonfiglio annual production is around 60.000 bottles, this output being highly selective and with a very interesting growing potential: low yield per hectare and natural systems to prevent the vine deseases are fundamental targets for Bonfiglio best quality grapes located between Monteveglio and Oliveto hills.
As great interpreter of Pignoletto, Bonfiglio is able to produce the widest range from this indigenous wine varietal, real and authentic king of the Bolognese viticulture.

Still white wine with fresh, broad and fruity breath, a scent of golden apple, hazelnut and almond. Wine of an extraordinary fineness. Serve at 9°-11°C with starters, white meat and/or any fish based dish.



Alba in Vigna is a sparkling white wine, made with the traditional method of a natural fermentation in bottle. Excellent extra brut wine with a fine pérlage and a nice balance between an elegant aroma and harmonious taste. Serve at 8°-10°C as aperitif and/or with starters.



Excellent dessert white wine made from Pignoletto best bunches dried overtime, put in oak for 9 months, finally refined in bottle. Golden wine of an extraordinary fullness and harmony. Serve at 10°-12°C with seasoned cheeses and/or dry pastry.



Ruby red wine, herbaceous aroma dry and intense. Serve at 16°-18°C with grilled meat and/or seasoned cheeses.



Elegant, deep and persistent red wine, spicy with herbaceous aroma. Kept in Allier barriques just the time to change its rough tannins into light aromas, this wine is then refined in bottle for 4-5 years at least. Serve at 16°-18°C with roast meat and game, perfect with grilled food and/or seasoned cheeses.
