Dialcos S.p.A. is an Italian company specializing in the production of high-quality gluten-free products, particularly pasta and granular bouillons.

Our bouillons are the result of our 60-years history and commitment to offer the best solutions. They include vegetable and meat based bouillons, as well as 100% organic and glutamate-free options. Our NEW ready-to-use bouillon is now available!
Our range of several kinds of pasta is prepared using a blend of different grains including white and brown rice, corn, buckwheat, quinoa or legumes like lentils, peas and chickpeas. Our pasta contains NO additives like thickeners or emulsifiers and it is dried at a low temperature in order to maintain its natural characteristics.
We also offer the possibility to request customized products with private label.
