Cincinnato was founded in 1947 in Cori, a little and historical town south of Rome on a volcanic hill facing the Mediterranean Sea and the lovely island of Ponza and Ventotene.
Since then, we grow ancient native grapes such as Bellone and Nero Buono which are grown organically since 2003, also recently been awarded for our ethical philosophy. Since we are the historical producer of Bellone in 2020 we started a project with Rome Municipality and planted a Bellone vineyard in the Colosseum Area.
The winery is one of the most representative of Lazio thanks to elegant and modern packaging, pleasant and enjoyable wines, and good value for money.

Kora - Cori doc Nero Buono

A monovarietal Nero Buono that pays tribute to our town of
Cori. The grapes, from our own vineyards, have excelled over
time for sheer quality.
Intense ruby red, this dry wine shows structured with hints of leather and undergrowth, and some balsamic notes.
The nose is harmonious and persistent, with a full, all-embracing
palate. Perfect with robust dishes or recipes with strong, full flavours. A truly cellarable wine, we recommend uncorking 4–5 years
from harvest
Quinto - Bellone IGT organic

Wine of refined elegance, obtained entirely from the Bellone grapes, an ancient grape variety also known as “bread grape” soft and delicate skin. Low yields per hectare and an accurate vinification make this a fragrant and delicately fruity wine.
Brilliant straw yellow colour; delicate fruity nose, yellow peach, hawthorn; fragrant, fresh palate with mineral notes; food pairing with pasta and fish; serving temperature 12 °C; to be enjoyed young in order to
taste its characteristics at their best.
Argeo - Cesanese IGT organic

Argeo – obtained from 100% Cesanese, an ancient grape variety from Latium, cultivated on the volcanic grounds on the hills of Cori.
Low yields per hectare, selection of the grapes, and an accurate vinification with refining for one year in stain steel make this an exclusive and unique wine. It has a strong
personality with an intense ruby-red color and balsamic scents
Bombo - Nero Buono Pet Nat

Ancestral was the first technique of producing sparkling white wine (It is also called Pet Nat).
The first fermentation stops in the vat and the second fermentation happens in the bottle. The released carbon makes it a bubbly.
Great refreshment and as an aperitif. Pristine and very expressive aromas of fine forest red cherries, adorable really.
4,000 bottles alone were made of this delicious, unique PetNat by Cincinnato.
Serve chilled.
