Molino Pagani is a milling company that has over 200 years of history and, since its origins, has chosen to work in the name of innovation and respect for tradition.
Equipped with the latest machinery, the Molino Pagani is able to grind 550 tons of wheat a day while maintaining excellent quality standards.
To make its flours, Molino Pagani has always focused on carefully selected grains, favoring local producers, who guarantee environmental sustainability and direct control over production. However, the other suppliers must meet particularly high production standards.
In the Molino Pagani laboratories a team of technicians experiments with new mixtures of different grains, tests the recipes and works tirelessly to perfect and monitor all the products of the Molino. Through constant physical and microbiological analyzes of the samples of flour and grains, the quality and hygiene of the flours is always guaranteed.
