The mill is based in Minerbe (VR), and it’s actually leaded by the brothers Alessandro and Alberto Grazia, that testifies the success of their family tradition with remarkable numbers: 33 thousands tons of worked paddy, 17 thousands tons of white rice produced and an annual turnover of 10.000.000 €. The company works both traditional italian excellences as Vialone Nano, the strong point of the enterprise, Carnaroli and Arborio, but also refined types as Ermes and Venere. In the last years Riseria del Basso Veronese Grazia decided to dedicate more space to the organic farming by enlarging its organic selection, keeping the specialty from Verona as main organic product: Vialone Nano rice. The main goal is related to the diffusion of the italian rice excellences and the enhancement of tradition. Riso Grazia wants to share with the whole world an incredible story of passion, related to one of the most consumed food in the world: rice.
