For more than a hundred years we have been producing great oils. The core of our philosophy is the pursuit of quality through the respect and enhancement of an area so rich that it offers us all the necessary ingredients for superior agricultural production. In fact, much of our production process is powered by the sun and olives. We recycle the kernels to extract valuable energy from them, which is added to the energy provided by photovoltaic systems. Similarly, our two-stage oil mill extracts oil by harnessing the plant water contained in the olives, without any use of external water resources. Thus were born our three oils, all strictly monocultivar (Bosana) but distinguished by specific and unmistakable organoleptic properties: the Antichi Uliveti del Prato oil, the Denocciolato di Bosana according to Veronelli and the Maccia d’Agliastru. Real jewels, capable of eliciting unanimous acclaim from press and consumers, winning the most important awards and recognitions. With the same obsequious approach and identical qualitative results, we also dedicate ourselves to the other products that enrich our brand’s offerings: preserves, wines (Àgale, our Vermentino di Sardegna DOP, Okila, our Cannonau di Sardegna DOP and Carì, our Cagnulari Isola dei Nuraghi IGT), bread and pasta (the latter protagonists of the dedicated Eticalimenta brand). All natural, all authentically Sardinian, all produced with full respect for the land that makes them possible. Because the only impact we wish to have is with the hearts of those who choose us. In fact, for the past few years we have been allocating the pomace from our olives to the pharmaceutical industry, which extracts valuable active ingredients from them to combat various heart diseases.

Denocciolato di Bosana - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sourced from the exclusive olive groves of Maccia d’Agliatru, Sassari, in Sardinia, "Denocciolato di Bosana" is a premium extra virgin olive oil made from 100% Bosana olives. Hand-harvested in October, the olives undergo meticulous selection, pitting, and gentle pressing within hours, ensuring the finest quality.
Characterized by its clear golden yellow hue, this pitted oil has a lower acidity and nearly double the polyphenol content of traditional EVOO, resulting in enhanced health benefits. Its aroma is intensely olive-forward with delicate hints of white fruits like banana and apple. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious balance of bitter and spicy notes, with a strong and persistent fruity aftertaste, all while maintaining smooth fluidity.
This elegant and refined EVOO is perfect for finishing appetizers, seafood dishes, and first courses. Its robust body shines on legumes, vegetables, and roasted or grilled meats, making it a versatile and exquisite choice for gourmet cooking.
Okila Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Okila Cannonau di Sardegna is a distinguished still red wine made from 100% Cannonau grapes, cultivated in the vineyards of Ittiri in north-west Sardinia. The vines, averaging 25 years of age, are trained using the espalier method with Guyot pruning, and the soil, predominantly calcareous, is enriched biennially with organic compost.
The grapes are harvested at advanced maturity and vinified in stainless steel tanks. The process includes a three-week maceration at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts, followed by stabilization and filtration during bottling.
This wine boasts an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections and an elegant bouquet of cherry, berries, and dried rose. On the palate, it is broad, velvety, soft, and full-bodied, making it an ideal companion to land-based dishes, fatty fish, and mature cheeses.
Fozzas

Amaro Fozzas is a premium liqueur crafted from a blend of water, alcohol, sugar, and natural infusions of olive and artichoke leaves, complemented by aromatic herbs and plants. Enhanced with citrus notes and bitter elements, it offers a unique amber color and a well-balanced, bitter yet slightly citrusy flavor.
With its medium-high density and distinct herbaceous aftertaste, "Amaro Fozzas" is ideal as a digestive after meals, whether enjoyed neat or with ice. Its versatility also makes it a perfect addition to cocktails and long drinks, creating delightful aperitifs.
Artichoke Hearts in EVOO

These Artichoke Hearts in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a gourmet delicacy made from 80% fresh Sardinian artichokes, preserved in premium Denocciolato di Bosana extra virgin olive oil (19%), and balanced with grape vinegar, salt, and pepper. Inspired by an ancestral Sardinian recipe, this all-natural product brings the rich flavors of the Mediterranean to your table. Ideal for pairing with ground appetizers and fine cheeses, it offers a 24-month shelf life. Available in 240 g or 500 g jars, perfect for food connoisseurs and culinary enthusiasts.
Bosana Olives in Brine

Crafted from premium Sardinian Bosana olives, Bosana olives in brine offer an authentic Mediterranean experience. Preserved naturally in water, sea salt, lemon, and bay leaves, these olives are free from chemical preservatives. Over time, a natural film may form on the surface, which can be easily removed by rinsing the olives with plain water and returning them to their jar with fresh water and salt. With their vibrant and robust flavor, they are perfect for pairing with mixed appetizers. This all-natural product has a shelf life of 24 months and is available in both 200 g jars and 3.5 kg buckets.
