Mokaflor is a Florence-based coffee roastery since 1950.
We don’t just supply coffee, we build your coffee system.
Every coffee we produce starts at the origin. Through our traceability system, each bean is linked to a specific farm, giving your business a verifiable story your customers can trust. We develop custom roasting profiles for every origin, ensuring consistency in every cup day after day, across every location.
That’s why we support our partners through a global coffee academy, with training centers in more than 20 countries, helping your team deliver the same standard everywhere.
As a third-generation, women-led company, we operate with fast decision-making and direct access.
