END GRAIN EDGE
This product complements perfectly refined design implementations, either modern or antique. The River Lab End grain edge is patented in Italy with Patent n. IT0001412563, as well as in Europe with n. EP3147092.
Actually we can produce it in different essences, as following: Eur. Oak, Smoked Oak, Grey Oak, American Walnut, Ash, Steamed and White Beech, Eur. Maple, Birch, Eur. Pine, Larch, Spruce, Chestnut, Elm. The thickness goes from 0,8mm to 3,4mm. Staves (distance between joints) is variable from 45 to 150mm or more. We are also able to offer you fixed joints from a minimum of 23mm up to 150mm or more, according to the customer needs.

SAWN EFFECT
River Lab can saw the material with Positive or Negative effect and on customer’s design, too. We can manage customwork material or select the bundles from our big store, to produce veneer or fineline sheets and rolls.
Sawn effect can be done from thickness 0.6 mm up to 1 cm.
The maximum working width is 240 mm.

LONGITUDINAL EDGES
River Lab is a natural veneer and fineline factory that has been working for a long time on the making of perfect finger joints aimed at increasing the looks and efficiency of its edges. From 0,35mm thickness and up to 3,5mm. Fleece backed and sanded.
LACQUERED EDGES
We work UV lacquered and chalked wood product made on the image of the client’s sample; we carry out perfectly tuned sanding and consequent dye with different opacity levels.
On request we can supply highly elastic paints, for linings destined on elements with non linear profiles.
All paints are thoroughly tested with lamps that can simulate the light of the environment where the product will ultimately be used.
CROSS GRAIN EDGES
We work in the production of natural veneer edge banding from over 30 years and we have long mastered all processing techniques.
We produce special products, such as brushed, scratched, sanded and sawn veneer panels, with CROSS VEIN too, as you can see on the image.
These solutions are ideal for advanced design needs, whereas emphasis has to be put on the natural wood grain.
