EasyPiece
The EasyPiece implant is the new and exclusive dental implant system consisting of monophasic dental implants whose endosseous part follows the dental implants of the EasyLine fine line by morphology and thread, while the transmucous implantation of the MUA angles and different transmucosal height: straight, angled at 15 ° and angled at 30 °. EasyPiece is indicated for cases of aesthetic rehabilitation and for restoring the functionality of patients suffering from partial or total edentulism. It is particularly suitable for use with the Easy Arch technique.
The dental implant consists of an endosseous portion, substantially cylindrical, with a narrower apical part, and a transmucosal area connected to each other by a flared collar that brings the emergency diameters of the implants to 4.0 mm and houses the hexagon for screwing the implant. Above the hexagon there is the cone on which the coping rests, having an extremely small diameter to allow less bulky prostheses, but at the same time such as to allow the use of a tightening screw with M1.8 thread of larger diameter compared to the traditional M1,4, thus ensuring greater stability and sealing.
The surface of the endosseous portion, on the other hand, was treated with a special shot peening process, performed with white corundum specific for the medical sector applied with constant pressure and granulometry. Subsequently, the threaded section of the implant is subjected to a chemical etching treatment. In vivo studies and histological analyzes have confirmed that the surface treatments performed on the EasyLine line implants are able to accelerate the osseointegration process and therefore reduce the time of bone neogenesis.
The collar, as well as the remaining emerging part, is shiny and its function is that of restoring the gingival mucous membranes following implant insertion. There are 2 transmucosal heights for each implant and angle. The surface treatment guarantees a very high degree of cleaning and prevents the accumulation of bacteria with consequent prevention for any infections that could cause the loss of the implant.
The three longitudinal grooves collect the bone fragments derived from the action of the cutters. During the screwing phase they allow the redistribution of the fragments along the lower portion of the implant.
The endosseous part of the implant is characterized by an orthopedic thread. This thread is the same as those for double-ended fine pitch implants: cortex thread according to the ISO 5835 standard. The characteristics of the profile also adapt to class D1-D2 bone tissue. The profile of the thread is asymmetrical and easy to insert while the outgoing shoulder is almost flat, guaranteeing in this way an excellent resistance to unscrewing. The bottom of the throat is radiated to avoid traumatic tissue cuts. In the final portion the fillet fades to the outside diameter. In this way the cortical bone portion is further compressed and the primary stability of the implant greatly increased. At cortical level, the presence of a micro-threading allows for optimal integration and minimal crestal retraction.
EasyDip
It is an implant designed to address the aesthetic problems due to poor gingival thickness.
Inside the neck of the fixture is an octagonal seating, followed by a tapered section.
This seating is used for the engagement of the prosthetic components and it is standard for all types of EasyDip® fixtures.
The conical coupling gives stability to the implant-abutment connection while the octagonal portion prevents rotation.
On the bottom of the connection there is an M2 threaded hole that allows to tighten the abutment to the implant thorough a fastening screw.
For an optimal and rapid osseointegration, the implant surface is treated by a special shot peening process.
This process is carried out with white corundum, specific to the medical field, with constant pressure and particle size. Subsequently, the threaded portion of the fixture is subjected to a chemical etching treatment.
Live studies and histological analysis have confirmed that the surface treatments performed on EasyDip® systems are able to speed up the osseointegration process and thus to reduce the time of bone neogenesis
The cortical micro-threading allows optimal osseointegration and minimal ridge shrinkage. The surgical protocol involves the use of the countersink drill to allow for an ideal accommodation of the micro-threaded neck.
The three longitudinal slots collect the bone fragments obtained from the action of the cutters.
During screwing they allow the redistribution of the fragments along the lower portion of the implant.
The implant has been designed to adapt to the different characteristics of the bone tissue on which the intervention takes place. In this regard, there are two different thread profiles:
fine-double threaded and coarse threaded.
The fine-double threaded implant is mainly adapted to the presence of compact bone tissue D1/D2. In these cases it is advisable to scrupulously respect the surgical protocol and use the tap. It is also possible to use this system, excluding the use of the tap, in bone tissues D3/D4 (upper and distal zones), after having verified the stability of the same.
The coarse threaded implant is characterized by an extremely large thread, which enables an exceptional screwing even in conditions of bone quality D3/D4 In case of more compact bone, we recommend the use of bone tap.
EasyNeck
EasyNeck system represents the classical solution for one stage surgery.
EasyNeck® is an implant recommended for all cases in which a one stage surgery is chosen, in the posterior sites and where the gingival thickness is important. It has a transgingival neck of 3 mm which, with appropriate surgical protocol, can be partially inserted sub cortically. All fixtures are made in Grade 4 medical use Titanium and are manufactured using the most modern technologies. The attention to finishing and surface characteristics, combined with meticulous controls during the production process, causes the EasyNeck® system to come into the market as one of the most viable solutions at the international level.

EasySmart
EasySmart® system represents the classical solution for one stage surgery with a reduced gingiva level
EasySmart ® is an implant recommended for all cases in which a one stage surgery is chosen, in the posterior sites and where the gingival thickness could be treated with a transgingival neck of 1.5 mm.
All fixtures are made in Grade 4 medical use Titanium and are manufactured using the most modern technologies. The attention to finishing and surface characteristics, combined with meticulous controls during the production process, causes the EasySmart ® system to come into the market as one of the most viable solutions at the international level.

EasyFix
EasyFix® implants are mini implants 2.4 mm in diameter with a length of 11.13 mm and 15 mm, suitable for use on narrow ridges and suitable for temporary restorations supported via an O-ring.
The surgical procedure is simplified, with the use of a single reamer of diameter 1.4 mm, which allows rapid and easy insertion. It is recommended to drill at a maximum speed of 1000 rpm while cooling the site with sterile saline at 5°C.
Choose the most suitably size for the mini implants, characterized by the best transmucosal collar size: there are three different sizes 1, 2 and 3 mm to fit optimally into the soft tissues.
Open the packing, take out the implant and screw it manually until you meet excessive resistance. To complete the insertion, use the torque ratchet wrench ELSAPK with the torque ratchet ELKWD set to 50 N*cm.
Ball ø 2.5 mm compatible with O-ring holder (cushioned) or Rhein copings (variable holding).
Octagon of 3.0 mm for a safe and efficient insertion.
Smooth neck for mucosa management: 3 measures, 1, 2 e 3 mm
Thread cortex to guarantee primary stability (8 ° taper)
Orthopedic thread for a more effective screwing. Surface treatment of shoot peening and micro etching for faster osseo- integration.
Self-tapping threads and conical apex for a smoother and faster screwing: compaction of cancellous bone allowing the possibility of immediate loading.
