Ecorì is the Italian rice as nature commands, born in 2002 from the love for the land of 11 members from Vercelli and Novara in Piedmont, North of Italy.

What distinguishes Ecorì is the totally internal company supply chain: from cultivation, carried out exclusively with environmental-friendly methods, through transformation in a rice mill, equipped with the latest generation machines to guarantee the selection and excellent quality of the grain, up to packaging and marketing. Only in this way, the product traceability (certified by SGS) within its utmost control and quality is ensured. Thanks to these factors, Riso Ecorì is chosen by the best Chefs all over the world.

The flagship product is the CARNAROLI CLASSICO rice, cultivated by the associates, whose authenticity is guaranteed by the ENTE NAZIONALE RISI. Only selected companies can boast this wording and show it on the packaging.
Other risotto rice varieties (Arborio, Vialone Nano, Roma, Baldo) and not (brown Ribe, parboiled Ribe, red rice, black rice, aromatic Apollo rice, rice for sushi), complete the products range offered, in 1kg vacuum boxes and from 10 to 25 kg bags
Finally, there is a selection of ready-to-cook risottos with Carnaroli and assorted flavors in 250 gr weight packs.
