Farabella® Gluten Free Pasta is produced in Fara San Martino (Italy), on the Eastern side of the Maiella National Park, a place known worldwide as the capital of high quality pasta. Our products are made using selected raw materials and processes respecting the Italian tradition and the environment that provides us with pure air and natural spring water.



Farabella® Gluten Free Maxi Gnocchi are produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta. They are made with more than 80% of potatoes, selected corn and rice flours and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains. Larger than gnocchi generally on the market, they are also ideal for gourmet dishes and for the Chefs. They cook in 2 minutes, are as good and soft as fresh ones, and can be sold shelf-stable (with 12 months shelf life). Proposed in a 400g transparent tray (divided into 2 single portions, 200g each).



Farabella® Egg Gluten Free “Gli Speciali” line is composed of Fettuccine, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle “nests” as well as Lasagna. Produced in Fara San Martino, the capital of high quality pasta, with the best corn and rice flours, with free-range eggs and natural spring water from the Maiella mountains, this pasta is dried at low temperatures to preserve the characteristics of the raw materials. The rough-rolled surface allows for better retention of the seasonings.



Farabella® Organic Gluten Free products are crafted using the finest organic raw materials and pure spring water from the Maiella Mountains, following our classic and beloved corn and rice recipe. Each shape is extruded through artesanal dies and slow-dried at low temperature,
respecting the authentic Italian pasta-making tradition.

Farabella® Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta is crafted using artisanal bronze dies and a low-temperature drying process to preserve the natural characteristics of the raw ingredients.
Thanks to the careful selection and milling of wholegrain brown rice, this pasta is a nutrient-rich and complete food, naturally high in fibre and ideal for everyday meals.
It retains all its nutritional properties and beneficial elements, such as B-group vitamins, lignans, and essential minerals.
