TERRA DEI RE

The ancient heritage of Aglianico del Vulture lives on at Terra dei Re.
The estate comprises 11 hectares under vine. Vineyards are located near Rionero in Vulture and Barile in Basilicata ,a small region in the south of Italy, where the soil and microclimate are particularly favorable for the noble red grape of Aglianico del Vulture, one of Italy most ancient and historic wines.
Terrain is volcanic in origin, the vineyards themselves are over 40 years old and were first planted by peasant families deeply rooted in the area. Density is around 9,000 vines per hectare The wine subsequently matures in oak barrels and French barriques, which were painstakingly selected according to type of wood and degree of toasting.

Imperious and precious, with a complex texture, NOCTE by nocturnal harvest. An exuberant embrace of softness and intensity, tannins of refined elegance blend with intriguing spices. The withered rose and the violet give it the velvety final sensation.

Vincitore tre bicchieri Gambero Rosso 2021

Mighty and powerful in all its manifestations, yet at the same time very soft, fleshingly enveloping. The spices wear it in chlorophyll and vanilla balm, without that its rich endogenous aromatic component and its pulpy fruit is in part overwhelmed by this expansion of aromas. Here joins the sweetness of blackcurrent, with a softness and an olfactory clearness of superior enologic class.

The notes of wild berries, wild pink and elder merge. Elegance and sapidity, captivating freshness and a always pleasant softness. The Pinot Noir of Basilicata shows all its chromatic intensity and fine tannins.

From white grapes of Malvasia harvested on the volcanic
slopes of the Vulture Mountain.
A wine that tells the typicality of a land extraordinarily
rich of wine history.
Floreal and fruity, soft and persistent.
The minerality conferred by volcanic soil, gives richness and flavor

Vinification in rosé of red grapes from the Vulture hills. The
bouquet is rich in aromas, the perception of citrus notes is clear,
the scents of peach owers give it a velvety finish. Freshness and
taste make it pleasant to taste.
