Born il 1978, For.me.sa. is an Italian company involved in the distribution of Medical Devices on national and international territory. The company is certified according to UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2016 by the Italian Institute of Quality Mark IMQ of Milan; regarding class IIa and IIb products, the certifications are issued by Kiwa Cermet of Bologna.
All Medical Devices are included in the Repertory at the Italian Ministry of Health.
We try to meet the needs of our customers by offering a wide products portfolio which includes Medical Devices for: aerosol therapy, resuscitation and rehabilitation, gynecology and neonatology, incontinence, hot and cold therapy, as well as the new line dedicated to the care of geriatric patients.
Flagship of the company are the pessary, Class IIb Medical Device for the containment of uterine prolapse and the electric pill crusher Giotty patented and owned by the same.

Silicone sterile pessary
Class IIb medical device used to support uterine prolapse in women, representing an alternative to the surgery.
Made of rubber or silicone, the pessary is a ring placed in vagina, between the back vaginal fornix and the pubic bone, to withstand the uterus.
The insertion is perfomed by medical staff and the ring must be substituted periodically (30 - 90 days), in compliance with the antiseptic treatment, in order to avoid injuries, bedsores and vaginal infections.
For.me.sa. vaginal ring is the first completely sterile pessary, packaged in a medical box to ensure complete protection from external agents.
Sterilization with ethylene oxide guarantees complete cleaning from surface microbial charges.
The different sizes are designed to fit the woman's uterus.

Enema irrigator
Class I medical device used for the delivery of therapeutic liquids via vaginal or rectal.
The vaginal use is recommended to eliminate microbes, menstrual residues and bad odors; the rectal one, instead, is recommended to relieve the last part of the intestine from feces and/or gas.
The use is for purgative purpose, in proximity of a surgery or simply for a temporary difficulty to evacuate.
For.me.sa. enema irrigator is available with the required accessories for its correct use:
- containing bag with 2 liters of capacity;
- hook for fixing;
- a transparent tube at the ends of which is linked with a connection with a tap to open or close the jet;
- anal and vaginal cannula interchangeable depending on the intended use.
Hot cold gel pack
Class I medical device, the hot-cold gel pack, coated with taffeta, is recommended to relieve some symptoms and / or dysfunctions generated by diseases on the human body.
It may be heated in the microwave, or cooled in the freezer thus representing an excellent support for multiple uses.
The cold therapy is recommended relieve pain caused by exertion, bruising, traction, burns, fever, headache, toothache and insect bites. It also helps reduce swelling and inflammation caused by hematomas, sprains, trauma, hyperthermia and in all cases where cryotherapy is required.
Thanks to the hot therapy, the device provides relief for aching and stiff joints, muscle tension and cramps. It also helps to reduce pain resulting from muscle spasms, lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia, musculoskeletal trauma, menstrual pain and in all cases where heat is required.

Class I medical device, the sheats of For.me.sa. in natural latex are designed for all patients who suffer from unwanted leakage of urine.
They connect easily and securely to any leg or bed drainage bag.
The knurled cap prevents that the drainage system twists on itself stopping the urine flow or the ballooning of the catheter.
Available in different diameters of 25, 30 and 35 mm, the sheats can be purchased together with the FOAM double-sided adhesive strips that guarantee the correct fixing.
