Cascina Ebreo

Cascina Ebreo is located in the Langhe (Piedmont), a UNESCO World
Heritage site. Specifically in Novello, one of the 11 municipalities that are part of the Barolo Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin.
Grown in the heart of 3 hectares of the MGA Ravera, a hill that gives
one of the most elegant and longlived wines of the whole area.
Founded in 1992 thanks to Peter Weimer, a computer programmer with a passion for wine who decided to change his life and create the winery.
Despite his inexperience he had the dream of producing wines without rules and approvals for the market.
Cascina Ebreo wines were artisanal and responsible, often imperfect, but with a unique style.
In 2015, it changed management and moved to a group of young
winemakers. After meeting Peter they embraced his project and carried it forward so that a unique philosophy of its kind would not be lost.
Cascina Ebreo becomes an experimental "laboratory" of winemaking, trying to create a wine without the constraints imposed by regulations and without the use of chemicals.

unmistakable wines.
Our philosophy is to have as little intervention as possible.
Three hectares cultivated in Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia Moscata Piemontese.
The soil on which they grow are the famous "Marne di Sant'Agata laminate" with a good proportion of silt and clay that, together with the breeze from the Maritime Alps, contributes to express savor to the palate, good freshness and great complexity .
