For over 40 years Boscovivo has specialized in the collection of 100% Italian truffles and in the production of truffle specialties: sauces, creams, condiments, sesoning, snacks and much more. Since 1992 the company has added a line of Tuscan specialties with the name of Le Ricette di Caterina; ragù, tomato-based sauces, pates, stews, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro. In 2023, Boscovivo Centro Raccolta selvaggina was added to complete the supply chain, which deals with the processing of ungulated game meat and the production of pure cured meats.
