Fluorseals is a global leader in the production of machined parts in PTFE as well as other high-performance fluoropolymers and thermoplastics.
With over 40 years of proven experience, a state-of-the-art machine workshop and well established quality processes, Fluorseals is able to meet and exceed the most rigorous technical requirements and presents itself as a long-term technical partner able to provide a full range of applications in the field of fluoro-plastic materials.
Our production facilities are equipped with last generation machinery (CNC milling and turning, automatic and sliding head stock lathes) that work round the clock for high volume production. This does not detract us from being flexible and able to offer small or prototype series as well as medium and large series of very complex finished parts with very accurate tolerances and a wide range of sizes up to a diameter of 2100 mm (82”).
Production starts with a feasibility study, which is carried out for each production batch and tuned to the specific technical application and intended end use of the target product.
All of the above, combined with the backward integration of resins and semi-finished products, make Fluorseals the partner of choice for industrial machined parts of high-end OEMs.
