GIOTTO EVO, available in two models, is the best Fema Industry has to offer concerning accuracy and versatility. This top-notch CNC system can cut expanded resins, semirigid and flexible polyurethane at top speed. Its revolutionary architecture and innovative components ensure the best cutting quality along with maximum processing speed on all densities and sizes. Furthermore, the system is controlled by the LF-2000 software, and by the newest LF-2 nesting utility.
MICHELANGELO
MICHELANGELO is a CNC vertical cutting machine. It features great accuracy, a wide cutting area and vertiginous speed. It’s available in two models with two different working heights. As all our CNCs, the system is controlled by the LF-2000 software, and by the newest LF-2 nesting utility.
CAROUSEL
CAROUSEL is an automatic horizontal slitter with a rotating table. It can cut sheets of any thickness quickly and automatically. The table features a vacuum system and a special coating for maximum grip even at the highest rotation speed, and each cutting cycle can be fully programmed. Depending on their dimensions, it can cut up to 9 blocks in a single cycle.
AVS
AVS is an automatic vertical cutter. It can cut slabs and sheets of any thickness quickly and automatically, since the arc and fences movements are commanded electrically. It’s built to cut perfectly in two directions, and after a quick data input, it’s ready for production.
VTS
VTS is a tilting blade vertical cutter. The blade angle is adjustable up to ±45° semi-automatically. Equipped with a twisted bandknife, it can cut polyurethane blocks in both directions. The fence is manually adjustable, and it features a scale and a cutting selector, allowing a positioning accurate to the millimeter.
