Romagna D.O.C. Sangiovese Superior Reserve
Grapes 100% Sangiovese; Ageing Process: In French Oak barrels for 18 months. The olfactory profile is fully typical, with a fruity scent pleasantly evolved and soft tertiary notes of vanilla, liquorice, and cocoa. This magnificent complexity is revealed again to the palate, to which Sereso offers himself with all his vibrant youth: the acidic shoulder is marked, the tannins still sharp - but more than ever pleasing – thus making the overall balance of this wine slightly in favour of its so-called hard parts. This characteristic, combined with the significant alcohol content, gives Sereso an extraordinary prospect of longevity and prodigious evolution in the bottle.
Barbera – Sangiovese Rubicone I.G.P.
Grapes Barbera 60% - Sangiovese 40%; Ageing Process: Refined in big oak barrels for 18 months; Sumptuously fruity, with its magnificent structure this new version of Il Sapiente fully earns the title of Special. Its vigorous body, nourished by a pleasant alcoholic warmth and a velvety tannin, is perfectly balanced and supported by a surprising freshness, while tantalising spicy notes tickle the senses of the taster, to whom the noble fruit, born of the union of two sensational vines, offers itself in all its richness and complexity.
Romagna D.O.C.G. Albana Dry Biodynamic
Grapes 100% Albana; A line that embodies the greener soul of Tenute d’Italia, a perfect expression of the encounter between the love that binds us to our land and the passionate dedication that has always characterized our work from the vineyard to the cellar. Land and passion: minimal ingredients for pure, genuine, unforgettable wines. Ribalda is a hymn to the Albana in its most authentic essence: a wine that is born as a sign of respect for an extraordinary raw material, cultivated according to the biodynamic method and worked with care to preserve the most typical characteristics. A clear wine, essential with the most lovely freshness evoking enticing fruity and floral sensations, which marry with a splendid herbaceous note.
Red Sicilian Lands
Grapes 80% Nero D'Avola, 10% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon; Ageing Process: Refined in stainless steel tanks; Attired in magnificent reddish purple, Favara gifts to the nose the juicy sensations of mature fruit, dominated by an exquisite black mulberry, fresh and intense as though freshly picked. The fruity perception that opens up the palate is enchanting, where the enveloping sweetness of cherry meets the particular liveliness of the mature pomegranate. Pleasingly well-defined are the tannins; surprising is the persistence, supported by a clear freshness.
BAROLO BOIOLO DOCG
Grapes 100% Nebbiolo; Ageing Process: Matured for 18 months in French oak barrels (25 hl) and subsequently refined for 24 months in the bottle until
sale; Barolo is distinguished by its red brick with creole orange; a nose gives off hints of coffee, tobacco, vanilla and red fruits, accompanied by purple and pink.
The palate is imperious, powerful, elegant, velvety and wraparound.
