Every olive is handpicked from century-old olive trees, milled using a cold-pressing cutting-edge decanter centrifuge systems, and stored in stainless steel silos sited in temperature-controlled warehouses of highest hygiene standards.

No solvents, additives, artificial flavourings, heat or GMO are added in any phase of the quality-monitored production process.

Their mission has always been to provide customers with the best quality that could be possibly produced. They are extremely careful in the selection of the raw material (olives), which they transform using a cutting edge production site. This enables them to create an outstanding product, certified by external authorities as well.
