Caffe Ginevra Ltd. Is a coffee-roasting company with a long family tradition and almost a century?s activity.
In 1923 Cavaliere Massimino, using a small hand-operated toaster, created a particularly fragrant and aromatic coffee blend which soon distinguished itself for its quality and personality.
Today Caffe Ginevra uses systems that meet the most advanced modern technological criteria whilst remaining faithful to the mixture handed down from the past.
The stages of production of the blend are accompanied by continuous strict quality inspections, and traceability verifications.

Immediately after roasting and grinding, the coffee is packaged into soft touch packets in a protected atmosphere with nitrogen for foods and an unidirectional aroma-safeguard valve which prevents oxygen from coming into contact with the product.
