Aged for about 10 years in oak and cherry barrels originates from the vineyards in the Modena piedmont area, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers, in up and down hills. It is rich, mellow and important. It is the winner of the Diamond taste award. Its nobility can conquer and rouse the imagination of the Chef creating an intimate complicity. It is an excellent and versatile companion of the table as it can enhance the tastes of every dish: cheese or meat, appetizer or fruit, vegetables or dessert. Produced with grapes coming from Emilia Romagna vineyards. A thick vinegar, balanced and with a velvety texture, is obtained after a long ripening in French oak barriques.
