MULTIFORME Sas di Zorzi Renata & C.

We design and produce custom, unique and exclusive chandeliers, also in large scale and oversized. To say that we are a Murano glass chandelier factory is rather reductive. Because we also feel we are the makers of dreams, the keepers of an ancient craft alchemy, builders of the magic of light.

'We give light to dreams' is our motto. We refer to our dreams, and to those of planners and interior designers with whom we work in synergy to realise lighting solutions and Murano glass creations worthy of Made in Italy excellence.

Collection of “classic” inspiration made up of single pendants grouped in ever-changing scenographic settings. Drawing from the sumptuous and varied decorative sample of the classic chandelier of traditional Muranese arms, the arm of floral inspiration was chosen and identified as a representative element, blown and hand-washed by the skilled Venetian craftsmen.

We have taken from a historic chandelier the single bend arm with apical cup to highlight it by suspending it vertically and thus elevating it to an emblem of the expressive virtuosity of the master glassmakers.

The idea for this pendant lamp comes from suggestions inspired by the forms of nature. A free fall composition of Murano glass leaves, a cluster of suspended elements that is quite a current theme in interior design.

We have proposed this composition of suspended leaves in autumnal colours in shades of yellow, gold, amber and caramel that fall and are mirrored in a large ceiling rose in gilded leaf-shaped stainless steel, which also houses the integrated LED lights.

The system is designed to be installed directly in residential environments and can be replicated on a larger scale even without a metal ceiling frame.

The blown glass chandelier Serenade is a lighting creation characterized by soft and pleasing shapes that seem to float. The collection of Murano chandeliers Serenade is inspired by a contemporary and international design, simple but not banal, and consists of elements studied in minute detail. The perfect semicircular shape of the bottom bowl gathers the column and the arms which stretch outwards creating a sinuous bend.

The candle cups have been substituted with simple handmade two-dimensional elements. Serenade has been stripped of any decorative element. The only exception is the elliptical, olive-shaped pendant which is hanged to the bottom bowl.

Traditional Venetian shapes are combined with the bright colours that characterise this collection of classic Murano chandeliers. An unusual, lively, exuberant work of light: in the Kia Ora glass chandeliers, tradition is renewed without losing sight of its origins. The structure, a Ca’ Rezzonico model, is the base on which a multitude of colourful details have been built: the little bells, the morrise, the cup endings, the stylised leaves and flowers in the brightest shades of green, yellow, orange and pink. The galvanic finish of the metal structure, visible through the transparency of the glass, adds an extra touch of brilliance.

The Diamante design blown glass chandeliers are characterized by a slender central element; the arms, the central element and the final cup are made of flawless smooth glass. The standout elements of this chandelier are the cups, which are created using a complex manufacturing process, which is called “rostrato”, a technique which was widely used in the beginning of the XXth for the manufacturing of the Murano chandeliers. This technique is carried out by hand by the craftsman: the result is a series of faceted prisms, that resembles the ashlar typical of renaissance architecture, which in return resembles the structure of a diamond – and that’s the origin of the collection’s name
