Rotocrusher is a sanitary stainless-steel lump breaker, a device for crushing lumps (clotted powder) that may be present in bulk products. It is powered by a direct high torque drive system (electric motor) that meets rigorous safety and hygiene standards while seeking the ideal fragmentation.
Thanks to its modular, compact construction, the Rotocrusher can also be employed as a pre-breaker in conjunction with a sieve, a mill etc.
Manufactured according to cGMP it is easy to clean and it is suitable for CIP and SIP.

Due to Rotocrusher high demand, SteriValves recently decided to optimize its performance by significantly improving some technical aspects:



THE NEW ROTOCRUSHER MAIN CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES ARE:

• Composed by a unique half-body and a few components: favoring disassembly and cleaning and reducing product accumulation areas.

• Reduced total height: allowing it to be placed or integrated in reduce spaces.

• The lump-crushing rotor has been designed to run at higher speed: bearings have been added in the construction scheme to support the weight and to allow rotor and shaft to run faster without increasing bushings and containment seals workload (essential in these devices).

• Blades are aligned: for more efficient crushing work.

• New containment and cleaning system: it is possible to have a working cycle in pressure and in depression. Ideal for SIP and CIP

• it is possible to quickly and easy separate the gearmotor from the Rotocrusher thanks to a slide: easy and safe maintenance and cleaning

ROTOVALVE LIGHT is a “special” butterfly valve with a 6 blades rotor, controlled by an actuator. Its rotor makes 180° movements back and forth, commanded by a 0°-180° pneumatic actuator.
Its main advantage over the well-known butterfly valve is that it not only intercepts the flow, but it also offers the possibility to control it and feed a process automatically and continuously.
It is the perfect solution if you need to feed hoppers, homogenizers or process and packaging machines.

ROTOVALVE PLUS is the valve SteriValves designed to aid the feeding and volumetric dosing of bulk solid product, it is a heavy-duty rotary valve, with an 8 blades rotor, commanded by a motor.
Apart from its mirror-polished internal surfaces in contact with the product (Ra <0.5 µm), the Rotovalve Plus hygienic design avoids the presence of “dead corners” or obstruction points where the product can accumulate and cannot be eliminated using the washing liquid.
Its seals are also designed with the same logic; besides, an internal flushing system ensures the removal of elastomer particles that may appear with the valve normal use.
In many applications — such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical and industrial — fast and effective cleaning is crucial and important.

SteriValves Rotovalve Plus is CIP and SIP. It can be easily cleaned, improving safety for workers, reducing downtime and production loss.

Our sanitary butterfly valve STERIVALVE is designed to intercept bulk solid product flow within the process. The compact design, free of recesses and interstices allows easy cleaning and handling. The torque value is very low so an operator can easily open it by using a lever.
It is used to intercept flow on containers, hoppers and pipes.
