OFFICINE MECCANICHE NERLI
It was 1959 when Pietro and Vittorio Nerli established OFFICINE MECCANICHE NERLI snc that continues the tradition of Nerli Liberale & Sons, set up in 1945.
Family Nerli has been working in mechanical constructions since the very beginning and already in 1948 manufactured the first traditional woodworking machines.
In 1958 Nerli started a project that had been entertained for years: to realize sanding machines of new generation , extraordinarily reliable and stout with a very special added value: the high quality of the machined product.
It was the beginning of Nerli ’s story, that had in the following years the first successes and met with a large group of joiners’ approval: Nerli ’s sanding machines asserted themselves
as high quality machines both for their structure and for their tested reliability and technology, thanks to the constant research for the achievement of the highest standards of sanding.

The whole of projects carried out in our factory are executed by the skilled staff of our technical department .

SEMI-AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC SANDING MACHINE for wood, paints, polyester or allied products 1 or 2 abrasive belts.
The semi-automatic belt sanding machine illustrated here is the fruit of many years of research and development in our workshops which have enabled us, thanks to the special patented multiple sanding buffers system, to produce a machine the best of its kind. In fact, the set of sanding buffers functions like a copying attachment as it may sand or polish to a high standard of finish both flat surfaces and imperfect surfaces resulting in the workpiece preparation stage, for example: convex, concave and slanting surfaces. With these sanding buffers, it is not necessary to fit workpiece holding devices on the sanding table as the system is completely universal. As the sanding buffers are independently adjustable, only those actually needed for sanding the particular workpiece require operating. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a double jet blower which permits complete cleaning of the sanding belt thus ensuring improved working life and higher output. Thanks to its short process times, this belt sanding machine proves indispensable in all industries, be they large, small or medium, involved in mass production. The special features of the machine permit its utilization for polishing furniture parts and for sanding parts coated with paint, polyesters, and likewise. Thanks to its uncomplicated design and practical nature, set-up times on this machine are minimized as machine operation is easy and quick to understand even by unskilled operators.
THE MACHINE IS MANUFACTURED FROM HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS AND, UPON REQUEST, IT MAY BE SUPPLIED COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC.

AUTOMATIC SANDING MACHINE PN30 2T AE
The Automatic Transversal Sanding Machine PN 30/2T/AE is specifically manufactured to carry out the sanding of panels to be polished besides other kind of workings on wood and paints. Our pressure system consists of two series of independent multiple pads which can sand to very fine tolerances and float in any direction, with soft rubber shoes which follow the undulations in the panels .
The newest and innovative technologies of the brushing machine Grotos 18000 allow to machine the paints of the work pieces with the highest softness with two combined, contemporary and adjustable rotating motions and rotation reversal that give the highest quality of brightness. The function of the machine is to remove scratches due to sanding and to polish the painted coating of the panel under the combined action rotation - abrasive – pressure – reverse thus giving it the highest gloss without damaging the outside edges
The machine is equipped with two brushing units and works in a pendular cycle on two working fields of 1200-1450-1700 mm width and 4750 mm length and more.
Finishing without shading and undulations which can be tested against the light with “mirror effect”.
