Caffè Ottolina is a historic Milanese coffee roastery founded in 1948 and recognised as a Marchio Storico di Interesse Nazionale by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. Since our beginnings in a small shop in central Milan, we have grown into a modern, internationally oriented company while maintaining the values of quality, craftsmanship and family continuity that have guided us for more than 75 years.

Today we operate a 3,500 m² roasting facility in Milan with an annual production of around one million kilograms. We supply over 800 cafés and restaurants across Lombardy, work with leading national and international foodservice groups, and have an established presence in more than 15 countries. Our goal is to bring the authentic taste of Italian espresso to a global audience through reliable partnerships and consistently high standards.

Our Approach to Quality:
We select green coffee directly from producing countries, choosing only trusted suppliers and origins that meet our technical and sensory requirements. Our master roasters oversee the entire production cycle, combining modern technology with traditional Italian roasting expertise.
We were among the first Italian roasters to introduce professional blends using Rainforest Alliance certified coffees back in 2007, and our management systems are certified ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and SQMS.

Green Line (Rainforest Alliance Certified blends) - aromatic, balanced blends sourced from certified farms.

Premium Line - refined blends created from selected origins to enhance the classic Italian espresso profile.

Value Line - rich, full-bodied blends ideal for traditional espresso and milk-based beverages.

We produce whole-bean and ground coffee in 1 kg, 500 g, 250 g and 125 g formats; Nespresso®*-compatible capsules; ESE pods; FAP capsules; decaffeinated products; and single-portion filter coffee.
To complete our offer, we provide sugars, teas, hot chocolate, branded porcelain, disposable cups, apparel and merchandise; tools that help our partners create a professional and consistent coffee service.
