Dolciaria Acquaviva has a plant of about 35.000 square meters, characterized by 4 production lines with high production capacity. The company has an annual production capacity of 530 milion pieces. The cutting-edge technology plant, allows to work with high quality standards, combining technological innovation and tradition. Only the best raw materials are used in the production process, which is lead according to the most important food certifications.
Dolciaria Acquaviva try to satisfy everyone's taste by constantly proposing new items. The wide range of sweet and savory products includes: cornetti (croissants), puff pastries, typical regional pastries, cakes and dessert, special breads and more.

Soft and tasty, in 12 special variants, which take their name from
Milan’s main metro stations. The “Milanesi” are the fusion between
the Italian traditional “Panettone” and the international “Muffin”.

Breadmaking and pastry worlds, apparently close, are actually far distant and they don’t communicate to each other. We managed to make them meet… and from this rendezvous between a croissant and a bread, Schiocco was born.
