Straight croissant with a 24% of butter: the croissant on the other side of the alps with an experienced sweet Italian pastry taste.



Soft and tasty, in 12 special variants, which take their name from
Milan’s main metro stations. The “Milanesi” are the fusion between
the Italian traditional “Panettone” and the international “Muffin”.
They are handcrafted, according to the ancient confectionery
tradition. Original fillings, refined mixes, selected ingredients and
many delicious tastes... for a moment of pure pleasure, to be
enjoyed at breakfast or during the day.



Greedy savoiardi (ladyfingers) biscuits soaked in coffee, covered in a soft mascarpone cheese cream with a sprinkle of cacao.

Breadmaking and pastry worlds, apparently close, are actually far distant and they don’t communicate to each other. We managed to make them meet… and from this rendezvous between a croissant and a bread, Schiocco was born.
