AGRIPANTEL è la prima azienda di trasformazione agroalimentare del trapanese, che fin dal 1994 produce circa 200 specialità gastronomiche ispirate alla cultura culinaria tradizionale di Sicilia, distribuendo sia in Italia che all’estero, con una produzione finale realizzata dalla lavorazione di prodotti agricoli del fresco, come ortaggi e frutta, e del secco, come mandorle, nocciole e pistacchi, di qualità pari a quelle preparate in casa da voi.

Il pesto alla trapanese, il sugo alla norma, il sugo alla pantesca, il condimento pasta con sarde risaltano i sapori tipici di Sicilia. Per le marmellate proponiamo i gusti tradizionali degli agrumi con la confettura di gelsi neri, la confettura di fichi e di fichidindia. In ultimo i geli di vino che si abbinano con i formaggi freschi e stagionati.

Our ready to use sauces allow the consumer to have genuine products that are immediately ready to be tasted.

The “Pesto alla trapanese”, the sauce “Alla norma”, the Pantesca sauce, the pasta sauce with sardines highlight the typical flavors of Sicily. For the jams we offer the traditional flavors of citrus fruits with black mulberry, figs and prickly pears. Finally, our wine gels, the perfect choice to get along great with fresh and aged cheeses.

Pistachio pesto. Ingredients: Pistachio, extra virgin olive oil, salt. To be used to dress pasta.



Eggplant caponata. Ingredients: Eggplant, tomato, celery extra virgin olive oil, sliced olives, capers, salt, chilli. To dish as a sideplate as an appetizer.



Citrus fruit jam: Oranges, mandarin oranges, lemons. Varieties: Figs, prickly pears, black mulberries, quince.



Sicilian pate with almonds. Is ideal to be spread on canapes and bruschetta bread, or can also be used as a pasta condiment.



Sicilian caponata is a typical product of the Mediterranean food culture. It makes for an excellent vegetable entree.
