Rotary lobe pumps and liquid filtration systems.
Specialised in producing two distinct lines of products: rotary lobe pumps and liquid filtration systems. The pumps are mainly for application in the hydraulic sector, but we also manufacture pumps for applications without oil, such as pumps for isocyanate and polyol for the formation of polyurethane. The technology can be applied in the most varied contexts, from mechanics, gear and gear reducer lubrication, industrial gate and door handling, management of solar trackers and many more. The introduction of industrially advanced methods enables us to achieve high performance in terms of flow rate and pressure and also increase durability and reduce noise. Our gear pumps are used by us for making mini continuous or alternate hydraulic control units which are made up of an assembly of one of our pumps and an electric motor, sized according to the needs of the single application, allowing a certain flexibility in the use of gear cases. The main feature of the filtration system is that it is completely automated and does not use any additive for obtaining a high level of filtration therefore there are no additional costs for the disposal of the waste material and maintenance costs are reduced. Our primary objective has always been the technical development of our products and today, the high performance of our products are enhanced with added value such as compactness, quiet operation and respect for nature and the working environment. Our working environment is certified with the standard UNI EN ISO 9001.

Internal lobe gear pumps and Filtration systems
The pumps manufactured by PMPO have internal gears with lobe-type gear-teeth. This type of pump has more advantages over other types of pumps that use different principles; they are quieter, the flow is more consistent and manageable, and they are less bulky. PMPO produces this technology with an industrialized process that guarantees the technical data, the duration and the inexpensiveness of the product. The technical office is also designated to come up with customizations in order to adapt the product to particular applications, which are integrated later on in the production. The majority of the parts are made with synthesized materials. Thanks to material selection, process inspections, final verifications and the concept of self-lubrication, pumps have a long life and their warranty can be extended up to 3 years. The pumps are checked and 100% certified in compliance with the client’s specifications. All the models are reversible, which means that by inverting the rotation direction , the intake inlet becomes the outlet and vice versa. The pump shaft is coaxial to the pump itself, so to make it easy to apply and less bulky. The main application of the pumps is by submersion in the tank; operations outside the tank are also possible and, in this case, the pump is locked inside jackets with coupling flanges and interface for the inlet and outlet.

Alternate micro control unit
It is a compact unit including: an electric motor, a tank, a pump, a distributor, an electric connector and both inlet and outlet connectors. The application is perfect for a cyclical lubrication (working time 1 minute, out of operation time 5 minutes).
