Company Pralver was born in 2003, following a traditional familiar history and it is located in northern Italy, in Verona.
It is a preserved vegetables producer.
The core business are champignon mushrooms in oil and in brine. Nowadays it is also specialized in production of other types of mushrooms as Boletus Edulis, Nameko, Pleurotus and mixed mushrooms in oil.
It also improved its offer including different vegetables as artichokes in oil and in brine, sun dried and semi dried tomatoes in oil, grilled vegetables in oil: aubergines, zucchini, peppers, mixed grilled veggies. Everything in different sizes.
Moreover from one year it has been expanding its range with sauces, genovese pesto and red pesto.
It turns to food service and Ho.re.ca. even it is starting the production of smaller packings for retail department.
Its products, packed in pouches, are sterilized or pasteurized, so the shelf life is 24 months.

Product with a delicate flavour and characteristic fragrance notes arising from the processing of fresh mushrooms combined with parsley, onion, garlic and sunflower oil. This product does not release water even after heating in oven. Sterilized product for professional use. It can be used as a topping for pizzas and focaccias but also for the preparation of recipes in the kitchen.



Product with a delicate taste and a delicious aroma, thanks to the accurate selection of the artichokes carried out exclusively among European producers. Without added vinegar. Tomatoes cut in half, dried, with a bright red colour and seasoned with capers, in sunflower oil. The product, pasteurized in autoclave, is suitable for professional use as a topping for pizzas and focaccias or to prepare recipes.



Appetizing mixture of vegetables such as cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), red and yellow peppers cut into dices, green and black olives, straw mushrooms (Volvaria Volvacea) and capers, all lightly flavored in sunflower seeds oil. Pasteurized in an autoclave. Suitable for professional use for the garnishing of pizzas and focaccias or for the preparation of recipes in the kitchen.
