FLAP DISCS
The Euro-flex flap disc is a abrasive product that combines the normal removal capacity of a depressed center grinding wheel with the finish of a fiber disc. The result is an abrasive tool that is able to simultaneously carry out the removal work and finishing. A series of abrasive cloth flaps are glued to a semi-rigid support made of glass or nylon fiber, arranged in a fan. As the blades wear out gradually during use, it takes place a continuous supply of new abrasive particles that emerge from the cloths layers. Our flap discs are manufactured with the best abrasive products and are produced with machines, equipments and adhesive created to obtain the maximum yield. The production of flap disks together with the application of the systems designed for safety and quality tests, guarantee the total control of the production cycle from beginning to end. Discs are available in a wide range of diameters, types of abrasives, grits, conical or flat shapes, and nylon or fiberglass supports. They are made in single or double flaps variants.
