Le Ferre is an apulian company leader in production, packaging and marketing of extra virgin olive oils in Italy and worldwide. LE FERRE is the name of a very ancient countryside in the estate of Castellaneta (Taranto, PUGLIA). A prosperous valley between the sea and the hill where the land breathes the breeze of the Ionian Sea and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub climbing on Murgia. The century-old olive trees that we cultivate and preserve in LE FERRE represent our solid roots, they are the essence of our work and produce, always authentic. LE FERRE is a valuable oil production, only extra virgin, unique in the Italian panorama of quality oils, for its original and varied offer. Everything originates in nature: there are many varieties of olives, each with its own characteristics of shape, color and flavor capable of giving different peculiarities to the oil. Le Ferre Mutlivariety is a blend of several olive varieties. Sweet fruity, almond scents, lightly bitter and spicy notes. It brings out great harmony. It’s ideal in many culinary preparations, perfect both for cooking and on the table for dressing, it unleashes taste and unmistakable balance.
Multivariety is available in different sizes: 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1L, 3L, 5L.



White Truffle flavored extravirgin olive oil dressing is a very precious ingredient, its aroma is unique. A fine, intensely aromatic and persistent olive oil. Ideal for raw dressing on risotto, eggs, meat and carpaccio. Is available in two format: 100ml and 250 ml.



Coratina is the name of a typical Apulian cultivar. Coratina is a Monovarietal Extravirgin Olive Oil has an intense fruity flavor evoking
artichoke smell. Bitter notes, spicy balanced, harmonious ending. It’s excellent with seafood, grilled red meats, baked fish. It’s also ideal on pizza and legumes soups. It’s ideal to be used both for cooking and dressing, thanks to its organoleptic properties.



Le Ferre Organic Extra virgin olive oil made exclusively with olives from organic farming, which guarantees the production of foods without chemicals, safeguarding the welfare of the environment. It has a rich and wide bouquet of scents and tastes. It is recommended both to season and cook foods. It is available in three different sizes: 500 ml, 3L , 5L.



Truttulà is a product realized by Le Ferre. Handmade product, is a ceramic container of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Harmonious extra virgin olive oil. Medium fruity, scent of almond; light and well balanced bitter notes; pleasant spicy. Truttulà brings to the table harmony of flavours
to season or finish each course with simplicity and good taste. Is available in three different colors and in two sizes: 250 ml and 500ml.
