Tùdia since 1964 is a home farm located in the hill of the Madonie area, in the heart of Sicily. The estate covers about 60 ha where sustainable farming practices, without artificial fertilisers, are used. The local coltivar of “pomodoro siccagno” is produced in open field using a traditional agricolture tecnique without the supply of water and without the use of fertilizers and pesticides.
Our brand TUDIA offers a selected range of high-quality products:

QUALITY
Seasonal vegetables and fruits grown locally are the main ingredients of TUDIA.
They are grown in open fields and processed few hours after their harvest to preserve their best qualities.
The products don’t contain additives of any kind and they are OGM and GLUTEN FREE (Reg. 1830/2003 e1829/2003)

Ready made tomato sauce with basil. INGREDIENTS: siccagno tomatoes 95%, onions ,sugar extra virgin olive oil,salt basil 0,2%, USE: Ready made pasta sauce: heat the product and pour it over cooked and drained pasta (spaghetti or rigatoni); it’s also an excellent base for the preparation of all tomato sauce-based dishes. SHELF LIFE: 36 months.
