CCI Controllore Centrale Impianto - Plant Central Controller

THE APPARATUS THAT MONITORS THE ELEMENTS OF THE SYSTEM AND COLLECTS THEIR DATA
The CCI apparatus is the optimal solution to comply with the CEI 016 Attachments O-T regulation. Our unit is able to interface with on-site devices, collecting information even with different protocols and converting them into the standard required by the DSO. Suitable for systems with nominal power equal to or greater than 1MW connected in Medium Voltage MT.
The Central Plant Controller is a multitasking device that is also installed at the sites that want to be aggregated to a Uvam, as well as being used as a peripheral device also for the fulfillment of articles 23 and 24 of Annex A6 of the network code. Furthermore, there is the possibility of combining an additional expansion module to increase the number of inputs and outputs.
What are the main features of the CCI?
Coordinates the operation of the system elements, so that it satisfies the requests of the DSO and those of other operators
It collects useful information from the system for the observability of the network, conveying it to the DSO

RTU Remote Terminal Unit

THE MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL APPARATUS
The Remote Terminal Unit is a microprocessor control device that interfaces objects in the physical world to a distributed control system or a SCADA, through the transmission of data acquired from the instrumentation connected to the supervision system. The goal of this system is to monitor digital and analog field parameters and transmit the data to the central monitoring station.
Our RTUs have multiple functions and can be configured in complete autonomy, by acquiring the license of our configuration tool or through our input and contribution. They are supplied loose or placed in engineered cabinets and can be of various sizes, in compliance with the specifications relating to the sizing of the electrical substations or sites to be monitored.
Furthermore, our RTUs can be interfaced with the central supervision system with different means of communication and are able to support standard protocols by interfacing with proprietary or third-party software. Finally, they can also be reconfigured/updated remotely, as the AiLux RTUs can be reached directly from our NOC center.

UVRX Unità di Verifica di Regolazione Primaria - Primary Regulation Verification Unit

THE DISTRIBUTED ARCHITECTURE SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICITY GRID SYSTEMS
The UVR is the distributed architecture system that regulates and stabilizes the power balance between generation and demand in an electricity system. The UVR unit can be configured to manage the frequency or voltage of the electrical network. Characterized by a NAS disk for data storage and a switch for creating the LAN.
Each UVR consists of both an interfacing system towards the plant signals, through the installation of a peripheral monitoring apparatus and an RTU which collects the ancillary plant signals, and a centralized system, which communicates with the Terna gateway and with field devices.
The data is transmitted and archived independently for each individual group but then aggregated and transmitted to Terna based on the UP configuration.
What are the main functions of the device?
-Check the primary adjustment
-Calculate the amount of energy supplied and the contribution to regulation
-Sends the measurements to the Terna control system to carry out the checks
-Archives the measurements of the quantities on a circular memory with a depth of 5 years
UPDM Unità Periferica Difesa Monitoraggio - Defense Monitoring Peripheral Unit

THE REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM THAT MONITORS AND DEFENDS THE NATIONAL ELECTRICITY GRID
The UPDM equipment is a remote control system based on the 60870-5-104 protocol and created in accordance with Terna specifications. Its function is to defend and keep the national electricity grid balanced, assimilating auxiliary measures and information and implementing arming and detachment/modulation commands.
Made with quality products that comply with the needs of power plants, production plants, etc. The AiLux Defense Monitoring Peripheral Unit is housed in an electrical panel and is present in different sizes, as per TSO specifications. It can have wiring or read the parameters directly via protocol.
The installation and configuration phases involve plant engineering work and must be followed by our qualified staff, in collaboration with the TSO, to ensure its correct insertion into the National Defense and Monitoring System of the electricity grid.

BCU/BMU Bay Control Unit/Bay Monitoring Unit

RTU WITH HMI AND REMOTE I/O MANAGEMENT
The bay units are devices designed to carry out all the command and control functions of an electricity grid station bay. They interface with station devices both via the local network and via I/O interfaces.
The Bay Control Unit and Bay Monitoring Unit are RTU units for substation automation. They are installed at the electrical stalls, are interconnected via optical LAN controlled by a station computer, and represent an ideal system for managers of electricity networks connected in HV and AAT, who need to renew the control and automation systems of the stations with the aim of maximizing the efficiency and quality of the service offered.
