The company was founded in 1962 as a small butchery, the brainchild of its founder, Bomè Odorizio. It continued to develop gradually until 1987 when, thanks to his children Silvietto, Dario, and Nora, it began to produce and sell high-quality speck.

In the years which followed, the company experienced a period of development which soon led it to concentrate all its efforts in the production of cured meats instead of the wholesale meat trade and it soon became a trusted partner of the main Italian and European sliced meet industries.

During 2018 and 2019, expansion works began, leading to an increase in surface area of over 9,000 square metres on two floors.

To date, the company’s main products are speck, salted meats, smoked and stewed pancetta, Speckotto, Sottofesa all’inglese, Lardo, Fumatello and cooked meats.

In recent years, in order to guarantee transparency and traceability throughout the entire food production chain, the company has correctly focused on obtaining certifications attesting to the quality of its products.

It can also boast export licences, a further guarantee of constant improvement in the control of internal processes.

The Bomè company, certified since 2014 with Halal Italia, produces a line which satisfies and delights every palate, from smoked and delicate cooked products to cured products. The raw materials are strictly selected and the entire supply chain is therefore certified. With commitment and dedication, the company has obtained the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia export licence. The products are intended for consumption after slicing and do not contain allergens, gluten, milk products

Obtained from the legs of ‘Italian heavy pigs’ from a controlled supply chain and bearing the Trentino Quality trademark. Aged for about 8 months. Seasoned with smoke produced from beech shavings and juniper berries.



Speck with a delicate taste.

Obtained from fresh legs of pork carefully selected to be square and lean. The addition of spices gives it its distinctive, unique taste. Great yield. Aged for 6 months.

The best “delikatesse” quality, dry-brining, slight smoking and perfect curing make this a high-quality pancetta.



With an exceptional taste that melts in your mouth.

The highest parts are personally selected from the best pork, flavoured as of old and cured in tanks.
Ideal for enjoying with white bread and paired with a white wine.



Authenticity with a Trentino recipe.

Obtained from selected rump steaks, salted and flavoured naturally, it is ideal for tasty appetisers with the addition of flakes of Grana cheese, rocket and a drizzle of oil or cooked in a pan and served with beans.
