Known worldwide, Amarone della Valpolicella is the noble wine of Verona.
The clusters dedicated to the production of Amarone must be perfectly intact, with loose grapes, to allow the passage of air during the delicate process of drying that takes place on small constantly monitored crates for 100 days for 70% of the grapes and 120 days for the remaining 30%. During this period the grapes – Corvinone, Corvina and Rondinella – dehydrate, thus increasing their sugar content and gaining aromas. After the crushing and fermentation, the aging process continues in French and American oak barriques for about 36 months followed by the assemblage of the different masses.
Amarone has a deep red color, a round and velvety taste, aromas of ripe fruit, wisteria, almond, licorice, tobacco, chocolate and coffee.
It is a perfect match for wild game meat or roasts, but also as a meditation wine.
It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least one hour before use.

It is known to be “the King of Wines, the Wine of the Kings”, loved by sovereigns and nobles since the Middle Ages; Barolo is recognized among the most famous and renowned red wines in the world.

Its production is subject to a very restrictive production’s technical policy.
It is obtained exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, cultivated in five of the 11 Langhe’s municipalities affected by fog, which forms along the Tanaro River’s banks and expands on the hills, wrapping the vineyards throughout all the harvest period.

After the harvest, the pressed grapes macerate for 12-14 days, excluding any forcing practice, which means without adding any yeast or heating up the tanks.
The ageing continues in large French and Slavonian oak barrels for 33 months, finally in bottle for at least 1 year.

Barolo is an elegant wine, with an expressive and particularly sophisticated character; garnet red colour with orange reflections.
The scent is intense and persistent, with fruity, floral and spicy hints of violet, red fruits and vanilla. The taste is deep and expressive, reminds jam and Maraschino cherries, with notes of cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg.
Great match for roasts, red meats, game, hard and spicy cheese, Barolo is also a perfect wine for meditation.

One of the most famous red wines in the world, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is produced in Tuscany, within the Municipality of Montalcino, in Siena’s province, a territory with a centenary vocation for top-quality vineyards.

Made exclusively of Sangiovese grapes, it lends itself to ageing, maturing and improving over time. It can be stored for up to thirty years and more, depending on the characteristics of the vintage production. Bottles should be kept in a dark, cool, temperature-controlled space, free of noise or smells.

The ageing period is around 4 years, 3 of which take place in large oak barrels, followed by a long stay in the bottle. The colour is an intense ruby red with garnet reflections, clear and brilliant.

Brunello di Montalcino has an intense, persistent, broad and ethereal scent, with hints of spice, small red fruit, cherries, undergrowth and dried rose. On the palate, it is elegant, harmonious, and dry, with a long-lasting aromatic persistence, and balanced and wrapping tannins.

It perfectly matches red meat, game, mushrooms and truffles; it is also excellent in combination with seasoned cheeses such as Pecorino and Parmesan cheese. Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is an ideal wine for meditation.
