Nuova Kiwi srl is an Italian manufacturer of wire feeders and DC gearmotors, which are employed in several sectors ( like for example agriculture, food machines, medical devices, wire welding machines energy, industrial equipments, linear actuators...) . The company was born in 1981 under the leadership of Pellegrino Azzolin and it takes care of its products from the design to the final production. Gearmotors and wirefeeders can be integrated with our electronic management accessories, the magnetic encoder and the electronic board. The magnetic encoder is coupled with the motor in order to control robotic systems, the position of transport systems and their manipulation. The control card can be combined with every Nuova Kiwi gearmotors, also gearmotors with encoder, and it offers several management functions. The company offers technical assistance as well as the possibility to develop custom products and all operation phases are quality certified by ISO 9001:2015 norm.

RANGE 55.N24
This product belongs to the group of the parallel axels gearmotors. It can be supply from 6V DC to 24V DC and it has a zama cover. It is appreciated for its high strenght and it is employed in many sectors, like for example the agriculture machines and the food processing machine. There is the possibility to manage it with our magnetic encoder and electronic board.

WIRE FEEDER P.09
The P.09 is a 4 rolls wirefeeder, which is employed in the continuous wire welding machines. The mounted components provided excellent performance and guarantee a high reliability and durability of the product. All our wirefeeders can be employed in economical as well as semiprofessional welding machines.

ELECTRONIC BOARD
Our electronic board can be combined with every Nuova Kiwi DC gearmotors, also gearmotors with encoder. The card is powered externally by direct current and it allows a voltage from 0V to 32V and a maximum current of 6,0 A. The management can be done thanks to a potentiometer or also to an external PLC. The management functions are: - bidirectional activation with torque/speed management - management of acceleration curve/deceleration curve, thanks to a trimmer - management of a steady torque, thanks to a trimmer It is provided of restorable self-protection in case of overtemperature, overcurrent and shortcircuit.

RANGE 55.N15
The range 55.N15 is our gearmotor at 230V AC 50Hz. It has a single - phase asynchronous motor, zama cover and Mdp gears. It is very strong and reaches high torque. It is usually employed for burners and pellet stoves, roasters and industrial equipments.
